Watch for these abnormal signs when exercising.
Dizziness might indicate abnormities in the cardiovascular system or around the neck and spinal cord. If this happens, reduce the intensity of the exercise.

If recovery to normal breathing takes an abnormally long time after exercise, check the respiratory system.
